Can I Get Personal?
I am getting personal...but your good health depends on it!
The colon works to maintain the body’s fluid balance. It absorbs certain vitamins, and processes indigestible material (such as fiber), and stores waste before it is eliminated. In addition, the world we live in places a serious toxic burden on the colon. Most of the food we eat is not only lacking in nutrients; it’s filled with additives, preservatives, and other mysterious chemicals. Day 41 - Still Shrinking
Hey guys, I am still losing inches. I have not even started my stage 2 yet. Had an issue with my ankle so did not get a chance to get started. But I have to report I am still losing inches and weight. I have lost about 3 lbs this week not even trying just drinking my Delgada coffee, taking my daily Nutraburst and NRG when needed. A friend just informed me that I need new clothes because they are literally falling off! Can you believe that? Love it!

Day 34 - Change of Plans - 7 day challenge starts Monday!
Okay guys...
I have taken an extended break. This blog is real life to be honest with ya'll so I have been procrastinating getting back on track. I really have.
So Monday is the day...I am making a decision! I am going to use the 7-day challenge as a jump start. Instead of starting on a Tuesday I want to start it on a Monday. (Just personal preference) I am going to repost it again picture again below. I am maintaining my weight with Delgada, Nutraburst, and when an extra burst of energy I use NRG. My pants are still falling off so I know I am still maintaining and losing inches. But it is time to get serious
