Day 5 : A Very Filling Day!

A Very Filling Day

Breakfast: Pulled Chicken & Egg Scramble with Unsweetened Cinnamon Applesauce
1 Tbsp of Nutraburst & 1 cup of Delgada Slimming Coffee




Snacks: Natural Almonds, Orange

Lunch: Grilled Whitefish and Shrimp Skewer with Broccoli and Green Beans

Dinner: Protein Shake with Strawberries and Blueberries put in.

Daily Wrap: Great Day to be on Resolution! No issues felt full with my meals! Feeling Great!
