Day 6 - I Was Hungry Today

Breakfast: Fajita Beef Saute an Quinoa..I am ready to get adventurous with the meals.

Skipped the Delgada today I felt it too...

Snacks: Almonds, Orange

Lunch: Chicken Breast with Romaine Lettuce, Red Onions, Green Pepper, Celery with Balsamic Vinegar


Daily Wrap Up: I was Hungry today...but I did not over eat. I just noticed I was a little hungrier than usual. I think I am not drinking enough water. So ramping up on my water intake...I absolutely hate water but we are trying to be Healthy, Wealthy and Wise. Right? Then more water it is...
