Day 3 - Shrink With Me Challenge with Iaso Resolution Drops

I decided to weigh in today...and I've already lost 1.1 lb!!! Check out the new scale...

I have not been actually counting my calories so that is awesome!
I think tomorrow I am going to implement being strict on the calorie count.

Also I had to take a day trip to take my daughter back to college and I left my drops
at home :(

...but I am not going to let that bother me. Just start again fresh in the morning. At least I took the morning dose.

Here's what I ate today:

Breakfast: Fajita Steak and Scrambled Egg Whites
1 cup of Delgada Slimming Coffee w/ Sweet n Low
1 tbsp of Nutraburst

Snacks: Banana, 12  raw almonds

Lunch: Had a salad at Sticky Fingers in Chattanooga - Big mistake. Here's Why...
Just A Normal Meal with the Kids... As usual they are always on those phones...lol





Okay here is what the salad looked like



What I did with the salad is take the croutons off, put the lite vinegarette on the side. I tried to avoid the cheese...but I love cheese and bacon...I ate a little of it --Huge mistake!

 - the video did not lie, if you eat something you shouldn't you will get an upset stomach...so I had a little upset stomach for about 15-20 minutes. So the Revolution is a dieter's best friend because if you don't follow the diet or eat something that you are not supposed to it helps your body let's you know!...so definitely no more sneaking cheese and bacon.

 Dinner: Roasted Pork and an Orange

Daily Wrap Up - Lesson learned. Try to follow the diet a little better and get a little stricter on the calorie intake. With this journey, I am going to be as honest and as real with my posts as possible. I am going to give you the good and the bad.

 Everyday may not be picture perfect and that's ok. We learn from it and shrink on! ~ Adriane :)
