Day 1: Hello May!

Good Morning! Hello May - Today is the day! 

The Shrink With Me Challenge Has Officially Begun!

Welcome!

Hello, I am Adriane and I am a Director with Total Life Changes. I have had such phenomenal success with Iaso Tea and Delgada Slimming Coffee, I have decided to take it up a notch and try Total Life Changes Resolution Formula 20. This blog is where you can follow my daily progress as I take my 60 day journey to better health with my Shrink With Me Challenge.

Day 1: Morning Drops!



Weigh In : 

May 1, 2015 -  252.4 lbs. I am going to weigh in again later with a new scale.

 

 Breakfast: Fajita Steak & Scrambled Eggs Whites With Fresh Strawberries... I am not a cook so don't judge me...but it tastes pretty good! 

Recipe - Fajita Steak: 

Take 3 oz of prepared frozen fajita steak strips or fresh steak and cut it in strips and prepare with beef fajita seasoning (Watch out for hidden sugar in your fajita seasoning). I like to use the frozen ones because again I am not a cook, so it is easier for me and the steak strips are full cooked already seasoned. You are just adding the mushrooms and onions. (Again, pick a brand that does not have added sugar).  Saute the strips with butter flavored cooking spray in non-stick skillet for about 3 min. Then add mushrooms and sliced onion to the pan and saute until the onions and the mushrooms are caramelized. Then add fresh ground pepper to taste. 

 Snack: Delgada Coffee with a splash of skim milk

Lunch: Protein Shake with Fresh Strawberries mixed in and a shot of Nutraburst Liquid Vitamin.


Snack : 1 Orange

7:00pm - I can't believe that I am not hungry...these drops are really craving my appetite! This is amazing! I have to take my last drops of the day and eat dinner...Feeling Absolutely Fabulous!

Daily Wrap Up:

Day 1 was great! These drops really control your appetite and what you eat. I had to literally remind myself to eat dinner. I never forget to eat..lol. Also for dinner I had Baked Chicken Wings with Green Beans. I did not cook the wings so I believe that they were prepared with an oil that I should not eat. If you eat something that you should not have,  you will get a slight "morning sickness" feeling. Ladies that have children can relate, it is a slight nausea feeling...that is the effect of the drops letting me know I ate something that I should not have while on this diet. It was not a bad feeling, just enough to be that tap on the hand telling me to be good.
