Day 4: High Energy!

Hello Everyone! Today was great!

Breakfast: Protein Shake with Strawberries & Blueberries. 1 Tbp Nutriburst

Snack: Banana, 12 almonds, Triple Zero Dannon Greek Yogurt

Lunch: Baked Italian Chicken - (Perdue Perfect Portions - Italian), 1/2 cup Quinoa Rosmary and Olive Oil flavor, Mixed Vegetables. Sugar Free Lite Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing.






Dinner: Baked Italian Chicken Salad - (Just cooked two portions when I made lunch) Romain Lettuce Hearts, onions, green peppers, cucumbers, celery.


Daily Wrap Up - Had lots of energy at the beginning of the day...I had a long day yesterday with moving my daughter in to her summer dorm. So by 5pm I crashed for a nap. But still feeling great the Resolution is keeping my cravings down. It was a fabulous day!
