I started out with the Iaso tea and I did lose the 5lbs, I actually lost 7 lbs the first week. I discovered later that I had a sensitivity to the tea...I am allergic to everything so it was not suprising to me..lol but we have a Delgada slimming coffee as well that works just as good as the tea just without the detox. and I went on to lose 33 more lbs between December to the beginning of April. I feel great and our products are amazing.
