Super Excited! I started last year at 292 lbs my highest weight ever. I am going to do a big reveal next Friday of how much I have lost so far on Resolution! It's more than 40lbs now that I have lost!!
Breakfast - Plum and almonds
Lunch - Baked Whitefish and Grilled Shrimp with Rice, Green Beans and Broccoli
Dinner - Protein Shake with Strawberries and Blueberries
