Breakfast: Spinach & Shredded Chicken Scramble and Fresh Strawberries
Recipe: Spinach & Shredded Chicken Scramble
- 3 oz of Fully Cooked Shredded Chicken (no sugar added)
- 2 cups of Baby Spinach
- Sliced Onions and Mushrooms
- Fresh Ground Pepper
- Sprinkle a dash of Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup of Egg Beaters Egg Whites
Saute garlic, onions, mushroom and spinach until onions are caramelized. Then add shredded cooked chicken and pepper saute until fully heated. Sprinkle lightly with Parmesan Cheese.
Snack: 12 Almonds & Dannon Oikos Greek Nonfat Triple Zero Yogurt
Mid-Morning: Cup Of Delgada Slimming Coffee
Lunch: Grilled Garlic Butter Flounder and Quinoa and Brown Rice and Steamed Vegetables w/shot of Nutraburst.
Dinner: Protein Shake
Day 2 Wrap Up - Still feeling great I am noticing the appetite control and the feeling of getting full faster.
